1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EatUp ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. EatUp is provided to you free of charge for personal and professional disk visualization and management.
2. Free License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to install, execute, and utilize EatUp on any compatible 64-bit Windows PC. No registration or active internet connection is required.
3. User Responsibility & File Deletions
EatUp provides tools to identify large files, temporary files, and candidate cleanup items. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any file deletions. While EatUp safely routes deletions through the Windows Recycle Bin, users should always exercise standard diligence before removing important personal files.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
EatUp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the creators or contributors be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as software features evolve. The latest version will always be maintained on this website.
