Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EatUp ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. EatUp is provided to help visualize drive space, uncover hidden bloat, and perform safe file cleanups on Windows systems.
Free License Grant & Pro Upgrades
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to install and use EatUp Community Edition free of charge for personal and commercial PCs. Users opting into EatUp Pro receive perpetual lifetime access for the specified machine count with all advanced features included.
User Responsibility & File Deletion
EatUp identifies disk space consumers and offers safe cleanup capabilities. Cleaned items are moved to your Windows Recycle Bin by default. You remain responsible for reviewing any deletion candidates before confirming removal.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EatUp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms as software capabilities expand. The current version will always be maintained publicly at this URL.
